We provide complete shop drawings and all MEP requirements to define our scope for smooth coordination and communication on all of our projects.

We are more than a design studio. Variance Design is an interdisciplinary fabrication shop where we combine many raw materials into the form of elegant living systems proven for long-term sustainability. Years of experience working with metal, wood, plastics, epoxies, mold making and decorative theming sets our team apart and allows us to create more extensive biophilic experiences.

Our on-site facilities allow us to grow many species in-house where we are also able to pre-grow our systems to give our clients that mature established growth at the time of installation. We study the location, lighting conditions, potential growth, maintenance, and client preferences to select the right species for each installation and habitat.

The ability to sustain a flourishing eco-system requires continuous insight. Variance Design has created our own monitoring system allowing us to keep tabs on the environmental parameters needed for a successful long lasting biophilic experience. If something does go down, our 24/7 monitoring gives us a window into our life support systems and allows for us to fix issues ASAP.
